We’ll meet with you one-on-one to understand what is plaguing the organization, and then pull you together (armed with an assessment) to strategize anew. The work doesn’t end there, we’ll develop a draft plan and then dig into it together. Will this work? Why not? What could happen? What should happen? And then once the plan is in place, we’ll stick around for the harvest (err, implementation).
